The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Dadi seeing Sirat and Ranvir’s wedding picture. She thinks Sirat and Ranvir’s wife look alike. She then gets confused and asks what is going on. Suwarna tries to cover up with a lie. Kartik comes and stops Suwarna. Dadi goes to Kartik and says Ranvir’s wife’s face resembles Sirat. Kartik tells Dadi that Sirat is Ranvir’s wife. Dadi stands shocked. Kartik says he told Dadi before. He says Sirat married her love with whom she wanted to marry 2 years ago. Manish tells Suwarna that he asked Kartik to tell Dadi the truth, as only he can handle Dadi. Dadi says she fixed Kartik and Sirat’s wedding and then went to the ashram. Kartik says they went to the hotel and Sirat found her lost love. Dadi feels unwell. Kartik takes Dadi to her room.
Suwarna says the doctor asked them not to tell Dadi the truth. Kartik comes and says that he had a word with the doctor and he said that Dadi will soon be fine. Ranvir apologises to Kartik, he says Dadi saw his wallpaper. Kartik says good Dadi saw Ranvir’s wallpaper, it was easy for her to believe it. Kartik apologises to Sirat and Ranvir. Sirat says she will get her bag and meet Dadi once. Dadi says Sirat and Kartik are perfect for each other and she saw love in Sirat’s eyes for Kartik. Sirat hears that and runs away. Sirat asks Kartik to take care of Dadi and leaves.
Ranvir gets a call from his manager that someone is not letting their stock pass. Ranvir tells Sirat he cannot go with Sirat to Jaipur. Ranvir leaves. He calls Kartik and asks him to go with Sirat.
Sirat reaches Jaipur and sees Kartik. She thinks that she is hallucinating and is about to leave. Kartik pinches her. Sirat asks him what he is doing there. Kartik says Ranvir asked him to be with her. Sirat asks Kartik to leave and she can stay there alone. Kartik says he will stay and support her.
Kartik goes to book 2 rooms and learns that there is only 1 room available. Kartik books that room. Mr. Chauhan talks on the calls, he says Kartik should not find any other room in Jaipur and smiles.
Later, the receptionist comes to Kartik and asks him to fill the feedback form. Sirat scolds her and asks her to leave. Sirat mistakenly spills coffee on Kartik. They both go to their room. A girl comes to Sirat and says she wants to click a selfie. The girl clicks a selfie with Kartik and Sirat.
Meanwhile, Mr. Chauhan starts his acting seeing Ranvir. He talks in the call and says Sirat and Kartik are staying in one room but they are just friends and Sirat loves Ranvir. The girl posts the selfie and tags Kartik as Sirat’s husband. Ranvir sees that and gets jealous. Kartik tells Sirat about the post. Sirat gets angry.
Kartik asks Sirat what he wants. Sirat looks at Kartik. Ranvir calls Sirat.
