The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik asking Sirat if she doesn’t want boxing or the boxing medal then what does she want. Sirat cries and hopes everything gets fine in her life. Kartik asks Sirat to share her problem. Sirat goes away. Sirat collides with a lamp and her hand gets cut. Kartik asks Sirat to be careful. Kartik says her hand is bleeding and asks her to show her hand. Sirat says she is fine and asks Kartik to go away. Kartik takes Sirat’s hand and makes her sit in the bed. Ranvir recollects Mr. Chauhan’s words saying Kartik and Sirat are staying in one room. He video calls Sirat. Kartik answers the call and goes near Sirat to nurse her wound.
Ranvir asks Sirat what happened to her. Kartik says he doesn’t know why Sirat is behaving so strange, she collided with the lamp and got a cut. Kartik asks Sirat how she will fight in her boxing match. Sirat says she doesn’t want to fight. Ranvir asks Kartik to nurse Sirat’s wound. Kartik says the cut is deep and Sirat cannot fight today. Ranvir asks Kartik and Sirat to return home as Sirat is not participating in the fight. Kartik asks Sirat to pack her bag while he will check out. Kartik goes and checks out from the hotel.
Sirat returns home. She thinks about Kartik and Ranvir. She says she needs to follow her heart and tell Ranvir the truth. Sirat asks Nidhi where Ranvir is. Nidhi says Ranvir is in the living room and looks very angry. Sirat goes into the living room and sees that all the lights are off. She is about to go, but Ranvir stops her. The lights turn on and Ranvir surprises her. Ranvir says sometimes without reason they should celebrate. Sirat says she wants to say something. Ranvir says they can talk later and asks Sirat to get ready. Nani notices that Sirat is restless.
Ranvir goes to Mr. Chauhan and says he will never believe what Mr. Chauhan does. Ranvir says Mr. Chauhan tried to create a misunderstanding between him and Sirat but it did not work. Kartik comes to the party. Ranvir greets him and asks him to wear the mask.
Sirat thinks anyhow she needs to tell Ranvir the truth. Sirat gets ready. She is about to put on the sindoor but her hand stops. Nani comes there and asks why she did not put the sindoor. Sirat says she has to tell the truth to Ranvir. Sirat says she needs to tell Ranvir that she doesn’t love him anymore. Sirat says it is not because of Kartik, but she doesn’t feel the same for Ranvir as she used to feel before.
Nani says she will pray to God to give courage to Sirat to confess the truth. Sirat asks Nani to pray for Ranvir, as he should have the courage to handle the truth.
