The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat asking Nani to pray for Ranvir so that he gets the strength to handle the truth that she will tell him. Sirat gets shocked to see Nidhi. Nidhi comes and says if she is praying to kill Ranvir. Nidhi smiles and says Sirat is looking beautiful in the sari and Ranvir will be amazed to see her. Nidhi asks Sirat to come with her. Sirat sees Kartik standing and thinks he is Ranvir. Sirat stands behind Kartik and says she wants to say something. Sirat says Ranvir I want to share something that is in my heart for days. Sirat says I Love. Kartik stops her and removes his mask. Kartik says he didn’t know how to react but she was trying to express her feelings to Ranvir, so he asked her to stop. Sirat worries and her mask falls.
Ranvir comes there and picks the mask. Kartik tells Ranvir that Sirat wants to tell him something. Ranvir says they will play a game and that time Sirat can tell him whatever she wants. Sirat says it’s something personal and cannot tell in front of anyone. Ranvir gets a call. He completes his conversation on call and asks Sirat to wear the mask. Ranvir says it’s time to celebrate. Ranvir plays a song and dances with Sirat. Kartik joins them. Ranvir gets a call again. He goes away. Sirat thinks Ranvir will leave for Mumbai after the party, so she has to tell the truth now itself.
Mr. Chauhan thinks he needs to tell Sirat’s truth to Ranvir. Mr. Chauhan walks towards Ranvir. Kartik collides with him and the juice spills on them. Kartik apologises to Mr. Chauhan. Sirat takes Ranvir away from the party. Ranvir asks where she is taking him.
Sirat says she wants to tell Ranvir the truth. Ranvir asks what is it. Sirat asks Ranvir to listen to everything she is saying and not stop her in the middle. Ranvir asks Sirat not to scare him. Sirat says she wants to confess something, which is the most difficult part. Sirat says Ranvir arranged the party for her happiness, but she is going to tell him something which can ruin his mood.
Sirat says it is about them. She says that everyone used to says that couples should be like Ranvir and Sirat. She says that she knows Ranvir loves her a lot and one will be lucky to have Ranvir as their husband. Sirat says they got apart and suffered a lot, but Ranvir stayed in love and she stayed in anger. Sirat says when she got Ranvir back, she thought she got everything she wanted, but she did not understand what is love. Sirat says she thought Ranvir left her and moved on, but he is still the same, and she moved on.
Sirat says it is very difficult to understand what is love. They got married now and now she realized what is love. Sirat says it’s too late now.
