The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat saying that she did not sense her lover before and she got married. She says she felt something wrong since the day they got married. Sirat says her feelings towards Ranvir are affection and respect but not love. Sirat says she doesn’t know if she ever loved Ranvir or it was just attraction, but it ended and somehow Kartik took his place in her heart. Sirat says she did not want it to happen but she couldn’t stop herself. Sirat says she did not fall for Kartik after their marriage, but it happened much before her marriage. Sirat asks Ranvir if he is understanding her situation or not. She turns and sees Ranvir unconscious. Sirat rushes towards Ranvir and asks him to wake up. Mr Chauhan comes and asks Sirat what did she tell Ranvir. He calls his servants and takes Ranvir to the hospital.
Kartik tells Saroj that Sirat wanted to talk about something important to Ranvir, so he will not see them. Kartik leaves with his family and Nani. Sirat calls Nidhi and informs her about Ranvir. Saroj and Nidhi rush to the hospital. Kartik tells Nani that Ranvir loves Sirat a lot. Nani starts crying recollecting Sirat’s words. Kartik asks Nani to share her pain.
Meanwhile, the doctors treat Ranvir. Sirat prays to God. Mr. Chauhan asks Sirat if she told Ranvir about her lover. Sirat gets shocked. Mr. Chauhan says he heard Nani and Sirat’s conversation. Mr. Chauhan says if something happens to Ranvir then he will not leave her.
A nurse comes to Sirat and asks her to get an injection in urgent as that injection is not available in their medical stock. Sirat, Nidhi and Mr. Chauhan try to contact other medicals but cannot find them. Sirat posts on social media that she needs an injection urgently and hopes she finds one.
The doctor asks Mr Chauhan to find the injection or Ranvir’s life will be in danger. Sirat says a person has that injection and will come in 5 minutes. The nurses get the injection and stabilize Ranvir. The doctor says they have to do an operation and there is a bullet near Ranvir’s heart that is blocking the vein. The doctor says the operation is very risky.
A nurse comes to Sirat and asks her to sign a form. The nurse says Sirat has to sign it, if something happens to Ranvir, then the hospital should not be blamed. Sirat signs the form. She cries and thinks that she never wanted to hurt Ranvir.
