The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Ranvir telling Sirat that his love saved him once again. Ranvir says he cannot live without Sirat. He says that he almost died every day when he was away from Sirat. Sirat cries listening to Ranvir. Ranvir asks if she is okay. Sirat says she is fine and asks Ranvir if he is fine. Ranvir asks Sirat to fight with him and check. Sirat says her fight isn’t ending with herself. The doctor comes and asks Sirat to go out as they need to check Ranvir. Ranvir asks he is alive, as Sirat is with him or he must have died long back. Sirat scolds Ranvir and asks him not to talk nonsense. Ranvir falls asleep.
Sirat hugs Nani and says things are messed up because of her and now she needs to make things right. Nani asks Sirat not to hurry, take some time and think. Kartik asks Sirat what is wrong with her. Sirat says it’s not a good time to talk, she asks him to meet her at the park in the morning. Kartik thinks about what is wrong with Sirat.
Sirat sits beside Ranvir the whole night. Kartik cannot sleep as he is worried about Sirat. He tries to call Sirat, but she does not see the call as her phone is on silent.
The next day, Sirat gets fresh. She writes I am Sorry on Ranvir’s hand and leaves. Suwarna asks Kartik why he is so lost. Kartik says he is worried about Sirat and leaves. Kartik meets Sirat at the park. There is a speaker which is making a weird noise. Sirat tries to say something but the noise disturbs her. Sirat throws a stone on the speaker and says today she will complete what she wants to say and the opposite person has to listen.
Sirat tells Kartik that she wants to give her all her time to Ranvir. She asks Kartik to remove her name from their sponsorship. Sirat says Ranvir needs her. Kartik says he did not stop her. Sirat says Kartik did not, but she gets disturbed. Sirat says she will not talk to Kartik from now. Kartik asks what wrong he did to her and why she is punishing him by breaking their friendship. Sirat is speechless. She gets back and leaves.
