The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat returning to the hospital. Kartik thinks about Sirat’s words while going back home. Mr. Chauhan asks Sirat if she went to meet her lover. Sirat ignores him. Mr. Chauhan says Ranvir is unwell and he cannot tell him the truth, but as Ranvir gets well, he will expose Sirat. Mr. Chauhan warns Sirat not to do anything which can hurt Ranvir. Sirat says she cares for Ranvir more than anyone and she will never try to hurt him, not now and never. Sirat goes to Ranvir. Ranvir asks where she went and why she wrote ‘I am sorry’ on his hand. Sirat says she is sorry as she had to go away from him for a while but had to complete some important work.
Ranvir says he doesn’t feel right when Sirat is not around him. He asks Sirat not to leave him ever. Sirat hugs Ranvir and says she won’t go anywhere. Kartik returns home. Suwarna is telling Manish something about her friends. Manish asks Kartik to talk to them about his friends. Kartik says just now he met a friend who thinks that they will not meet again. Kartik goes back to his room.
Ranvir asks Sirat if she told Kartik that he got discharged. Sirat says she asked Kartik to go home and take a rest. Sirat says Kartik has done a lot for them and now they should give him some rest. Ranvir says later when he will be perfectly fine, then he will meet Kartik. They return home. Sirat sees their picture and says now the picture is clear and has no stain in it. Sirat tells Ranvir that she has made a timetable for him and he has to follow it. Ranvir thanks Sirat to accept him again.
Meanwhile, Kartik dreams about Naira and talks to her. Kartik says God is snatching everything from him, first he snatched Naira and now his friend. Naira talks to Kartik and motivates him.
The next day, Sirat asks Saroj to teach her Ranvir’s favourite dish. Sirat tells Saroj that he heard Papaji has a belief in Ajmer Dargah. Mr. Chauhan comes and asks Papaji? Sirat says yes Papaji. She gives a plate with some things and asks Mr. Chauhan to send it to Ajmer Dargah. Mr. Chauhan takes it and leaves. Nani comes there and tells Sirat that she is leaving for Jaisalmer as her brother is unwell.
Sirat asks Nani if she is characterless as she wanted to marry Ranvir, got engaged to Kartik, married Ranvir and has Kartik in her heart. Nani asks Sirat to give herself some time. Nani says Sirat’s fate is bad and hugs her.
