The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Ranvir getting angry and saying how she can lie to him and cheat on him. Sirat stands behind Ranvir and listens to what Ranvir is saying. Ranvir says he asked her many time if something is wrong but she did not say anything. The manager asks Ranvir to take care of his health. Ranvir says he hates when someone lies to him and asks the manager to leave. Sirat comes there and holds Ranvir’s hand as it is bleeding. Ranvir pulls his hand back in anger. Ranvir apologizes to Sirat and tells her that he hates lies and he cannot bear when someone cheats him. Ranvir says till now people have cheated him many times, as he keeps trusting everyone. Ranvir says he can trust Sirat blindly as he knows that Sirat will never leave him. Sirat hugs Ranvir and says she will never leave him.
Suwarna tells Manish that she doesn’t want the marriage to happen again on their wedding anniversary. Manish says his family couldn’t attend their wedding, so this time they will enjoy it. Sirat asks Ranvir to calm down. Ranvir goes to take water. Sirat asks Ranvir to sit and gets water for him. Ranvir on purpose asks her to do some work and Sirat does it. Ranvir asks Sirat what is wrong with her. Sirat says nothing. Ranvir says Sirat has changed after the party and asks her if Mr. Chauhan said anything. Ranvir says if Sirat is not comfortable then they can leave. Sirat says it’s their family and they stay with their family.
Ranvir goes to meet Kartik. Ranvir asks if there is any solution. Kartik says they will hire a boxer for the meeting and other things, while Sirat will still be the ambassador. Ranvir says Kartik is a brilliant man, as he handles everyone smoothly. Ranvir returns home.
The next day, Suwarna goes to meet Saroj. Sirat greets Suwarna. Suwarna says it’s her anniversary after 3 days and she has come to invite them. Saroj says they will surely come. Sirat says they cannot come as Ranvir is not well. Mr. Chauhan says they all will come and thanks Suwarna for inviting them.
Kartik tells Manish that Suwarna should have not gone to invite Sirat. Manish says he doesn’t want to see Mr. Chauhan again so he hopes Sirat will reject the invitation. Sirat tells Mr. Chauhan that Ranvir cannot go to any function as he is still weak and she will stay with Ranvir. Sirat says Nidhi, Saroj and Mr. Chauhan should go.
Ranvir returns home. He goes to Sirat and says Saroj told him about the Suwarna and Manish’s anniversary. Sirat says she doesn’t want to go, she wants to stay home and spend time with Ranvir. Ranvir says Sirat has changed. He asks Sirat what did Mr. Chauhan tell her that she has changed so much.
