The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Akhilesh that it’s been 20 years since Manish and Suwarna’s wedding, but Suwarna still looks young and Manish looks old. Everyone laugh. Kirti asks Manish to start the puja. Manish and Suwarna give their first invitation to God and ask for blessings from them and their family. Kartik wishes that his parents’ anniversary comes again and again. Kartik says Manish and Suwarna should live for more than 100 years. Gayu is upset as she cannot celebrate the anniversary. Kartik says he is lucky to have such parents. Kartik apologizes to Suwarna for being rude to her for the initial years. Rukmani comes there. She says it’s her brother’s wedding and she cannot miss it. Rukmani performs Manish and Suwarna’s puja and asks for some money as part of the ritual.
Luv says they can start the function. Kairav says all the guests have not come. Suwarna says Sirat and her family have not come yet. Rukmani asks if Sirat is the one, Naira’s duplicate. Kairav says Sirat is not a duplicate. Ranvir gets Sirat to Kartik’s house blindfolded. Sirat stumbles. Ranvir carries Sirat and takes her in. Ranvir loses his balance and is about to fall when Kartik holds them. Ranvir thanks Kartik. Sirat opens her blindfold and gets shocked to see Kartik. Ranvir asks Sirat if she liked the surprise. Kartik asks about their other members. Ranvir says Nidhi and Saroj will join them later and did not ask Mr. Chauhan if he is coming. Sirat asks if everything was pre-planned.
Ranvir says he made the plan and they will be staying in Kartik’s house for three days. Sirat worries. Kartik says Sirat can return home if she is not comfortable. Kartik leaves and Ranvir convinces Sirat and gets her in. Kartik gets happy to see Sirat. Everyone greets Sirat. Rukmani cannot believe her eyes as Sirat looks exactly like Naira. Saroj asks Mr. Chauhan if he will join them. Mr. Chauhan agrees and asks Saroj to get ready.
Meanwhile, Manish is talking on an important call. Suwarna asks him to take the call later and they should start the function. Manish argues with Suwarna. Kartik explains to them that they are an inspiring couple. Kartik asks them to confess what is in their mind not wait, as it will be too late. Manish apologizes to Suwarna and asks everyone to start the function.
Kartik asks Manish and Suwarna to see their engagement rings properly and then asks Luv to execute their plan. Kirti says they will hang Manish and Suwarna’s ring with other rings and they have to find it. Naksh says no one values the things which they get easily.
