The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Dadi asking Manish and Suwarna to get up for their 7 wedding rounds. Dadi explains them all the vows one by one. Sirat recollects her good time with Ranvir. Ranvir feels uneasy. He tries to tell Sirat, he sees that Sirat is happy. Mr Chauhan asks the photographer to go and do his work. Kartik thinks of checking the projector as he needs to show Manish and Suwarna’s pictures after their wedding rounds.
Kartik sees the photographer doing something on the laptop. He goes to the photographer and asks what he is doing. The photographer worries and runs away. Kartik holds him and threatens to call the police. The photographer asks Kartik not to call the police as he was doing what he was told to do. Kartik asks what it is. The photographer says Mr. Chauhan asked him to click Sirat and Kartik’s close pictures and show them on the projector. Kartik gets angry and leaves.
Sirat thinks about Ranvir and suddenly she sees Kartik. Sirat looks at Kartik and realises that Ranvir is missing. She thinks where Ranvir can go. Ranvir goes into the washroom and coughs. He thinks the doctor said everything is fine after the operation then what happened. Ranvir coughs and sees blood in his handkerchief. Ranvir worries and calls his doctor. The doctor says he is going out and asks Ranvir to do some immediate tests. Ranvir worries about what is wrong with him.
Sirat goes to Ranvir and sees some blood on his lips. She worries. Ranvir lies to her that it’s not blood, some sindoor fell on his face so he has come to clean it.
Kartik confronts Mr. Chauhan about why he is trying to spoil Sirat’s image. Mr. Chauhan says Sirat is not innocent and he knows what is happening between Kartik and Sirat. Kartik says Sirat is his friend and Ranvir’s wife. He warns Mr. Chauhan, asks him not to try to get in between Sirat and Ranvir and asks him to leave.
