The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Ranvir telling that he felt nice seeing Manish and Suwarna’s remarriage. He says he feels like marrying her again and taking the vows again too. Sirat says she feels the same. Ranvir sees blood in his handkerchief and asks Sirat if he dies, will Sirat remarry as Manish and Suwarna did. Sirat scolds Ranvir and asks him not to talk much. She tells Ranvir that the doctor has seen the reports and says Ranvir is fine. Ranvir hugs Sirat and says she is joking. He says Sirat is looking cute and is about to take her picture but his storage is full. The photographer comes and takes their picture.
Kartik asks Sirat and Ranvir why they are leaving so early. Sirat says all the functions are done and they should leave. Kartik gets a text from Raj. He worries. Ranvir asks him what is wrong. Kartik says Raj wants to have a meeting on a video call with him, Ranvir and Sirat. Sirat says it’s just a meeting and they will attend. Raj video calls Kartik and says there will be a conference in the evening and he will not be able to come. Raj asks Sirat to handle the meeting. Kartik tells Raj that Sirat cannot come. Raj says it’s important for Sirat to come. Sirat says she will attend the meeting.
Sirat goes to meet Kairav. Kairav takes Naira’s name while sleeping. Sirat wakes him and hugs him. Kartik tells Sirat that Ranvir is waiting for him. Kairav holds Sirat’s hand. Ranvir thinks if Sirat will not come then they have to wait there to have breakfast. Ranvir gets up and feels dizzy. He calls the doctor but the doctor doesn’t answer the call. Ranvir tries to send him a voice note. The phone falls and the recorded audio plays which got recorded as the party night when Sirat confessed her feelings.
Ranvir stands shocked. He says Sirat doesn’t love him. Ranvir gets upset and leaves. Sirat comes down and learns that Ranvir is not there. Ranvir thinks Mr. Chauhan was right. Sirat doesn’t love him. Sirat calls Ranvir but he doesn’t answer.
Mr. Chauhan talks to someone and asks him to trap Sirat in a drugs case. Ranvir comes and stands in front of him. Sirat calls Saroj and asks if Ranvir is home. Saroj says Ranvir is standing in front of Mr. Chauhan and is very angry. Sirat worries. Mr. Chauhan asks Ranvir if he is okay. Kartik tells Sirat he will drop her. Sirat leaves with Kartik.
