The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik driving Sirat home. Kartik asks Sirat if she is not well. Sirat says she is fine. Mr. Chauhan asks Ranvir what is wrong with him. He asks Ranvir to share what is troubling him, as he cannot see Ranvir suffering. Ranvir falls on Mr. Chauhan’s feet and cries. Mr. Chauhan hugs Ranvir and asks him what happened. Ranvir says Mr. Chauhan was right, he tried to tell Sirat and Kartik’s truth but he did not believe Mr. Chauhan. Ranvir says Sirat cheated on him. Mr. Chauhan says he knew it and so he was trying to warn Ranvir. Ranvir calls Mr. Chauhan, Papa and cries. Mr. Chauhan says he will make Sirat and Kartik pay for what they did.
Mr. Chauhan calls out Ranvir and asks why he is so silent. Ranvir realises that he was dreaming. Ranvir tells Mr. Chauhan that he is putting all his money on a women’s boxing team. Ranvir thinks Chauhan hates Sirat more than he loves Ranvir and can do anything to hurt Sirat. Ranvir thinks he needs to talk to Sirat first.
Kartik drops Sirat and asks her to take care of Ranvir. Ranvir looks at Sirat from his window. He gets angry and breaks things in his room. Sirat hears that and comes to Ranvir. She asks Ranvir to stop. Ranvir asks Sirat to sit and not move. Sirat hugs Ranvir and asks him to calm down. Ranvir asks Sirat why she married him if she did not love him. Sirat asks who told him about it. Ranvir says the audio has been recorded on his phone.
Ranvir says Sirat thought that Ranvir has a bullet in his chest so he won’t live long, and so she married him as pity. Sirat says it’s not like that. Sirat apologises to Ranvir and says she did not want to hurt him. Ranvir says everyone should know Sirat’s feelings, but Kartik will know about it first. Sirat tells Ranvir that Kartik doesn’t know anything and Ranvir should not drag him.
Ranvir makes Sirat sit in his car and drives. Sirat tells Ranvir that she already made up her mind that she will stay with Ranvir. Sirat cries. Ranvir cannot see the truck. He loses the car balance and the car flips. Sirat falls outside the car and Ranvir falls unconscious.
