The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat seeing that Ranvir is stuck in the car. She goes near the car and tries to open his seatbelt. Ranvir is unconscious. Sirat looks at him and says she will not let anything happen to Ranvir. Kartik worries about Sirat and Ranvir as they don’t answer the call. Kartik calls on the landline. Chauhan answers the call. Kartik thinks what he can talk to Chauhan and disconnects the call. Ranvir gains consciousness and asks Sirat to go. Sirat says she made a promise to be with Ranvir and protect him, so she will complete her promise. Sirat says they will live and die together.
Ranvir asks Sirat to remove her hand or it might burn. Sirat says if she gets Ranvir then she will not regret losing her hand. The fire spreads. Sirat shouts for help. Kartik arrives there. Sirat asks Kartik to help Ranvir. Ranvir asks Kartik to help Sirat. Kartik says he will pull them out safely. Kartik removes Ranvir’s seatbelt and pulls Ranvir out. Kartik helps Sirat to come out. Sirat and Ranvir thank Kartik.
The car blasts. They get shocked. Sirat hugs Ranvir and asks if he is okay. Ranvir says yes. He hugs Sirat back and asks her if she is okay. Sirat says yes. Ranvir asks Kartik how did he come there. Kartik says Sirat and Ranvir did not answer his call, so he was worried and was on his way to come to their house.
Kartik gets a call. The lady asks him if he is coming to the conference. Kartik says he is coming but Sirat and Ranvir cannot come. Ranvir says they have made a promise to Raj and they should complete it.
Later at the conference, Everyone greets Kartik, Ranvir and Sirat. Ranvir goes on the stage and praises Sirat. Ranvir says he is lucky to have Sirat as his life partner. Kartik smiles and thinks all the problems between Sirat and Ranvir are resolved. Ranvir apologizes to Sirat and says he has realized that Sirat cares for all the relationships. They return home happily. Saroj smiles as she sees them happy. Chauhan fumes.
The next day, Ranvir and Kartik are boxing in the ring. Sirat cheers them and also serves the family. Ranvir feels unwell and coughs. The evil eye pendant breaks from Sirat’s hand. Ranvir sees blood again in his handkerchief. Kartik comes and sees the broken pendant.
