The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik telling Sirat that they should leave Akshu with Suwarna. Sirat says no, Suwarna would be exhausted from dealing with children all day, so they will take Akshu with them. Mukesh thinks Sirat hid her plans there and but she will talk to someone about it; He notices Kartik and Sirat getting into their car and driving away. Sirat inquires of Kartik about the destination.
