The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Naira telling Kartik that Ridhima is not a doctor as her license is cancelled. Kartik says that it is not possible as he saw Ridhima with some kids and when he told Ridhima about Kairav then she said that her job is her life and she can especially come for Kairav. Naira worries and goes to check on Kairav.
Kartik says that Kairav is playing football. Naira says that they should go to Kairav.
Meanwhile, Ridhima is in a car, and she calls Kairav. Kairav goes to her and sits in her car.
Kartik and Naira realize that Kairav is missing. The watchman informs that Kairav went with Ridhima in a golden car.
Naira asks Kartik to inform the police while she will call the US doctor to check on Ridhima’s report.
The US doctor says that Ridhima was not mentally stable after she lost her son. In every boy, she saw her son, and she used to involve in their family’s personal matters.
Naira tells Kartik that Ridhima was trying to keep Naira away from Kairav and she herself was trying to go closer to Kairav.
Meanwhile, Kairav asks Ridhima when his parents will come. Ridhima says that they will come soon. Kairav recollects Kartik’s training of self-defence and thinks of contacting Kartik and Naira.
Kairav says that he is thirsty. Ridhima stops the car at a stall and goes to get water for him.
Kairav tries to call Naira and Kartik, but the call is engaged. Kairav goes out and gives Naira’s number to the shopkeeper and asks him to inform Naira that Kairav was at this place.
Ridhima asks Kairav to get inside the car and goes. The shopkeeper then calls Naira and informs her about the location.
Kartik and Naira reach the place and ask the shopkeeper about Kairav. The shopkeeper shows them the way through which Kairav went.
Kairav fights with Ridhima saying he doesn’t want to go anywhere with her. Their car crashes with a tree. Naira and Kartik see Ridhima’s car and worry.
Naira hears Kairav calling her.
