The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Goenka’s talking about Sirat. Suwarna says the girl can be Naira, what if she lost her memory after falling for the height. Suwarna tells Dadi to ask Guruji if she is their Naira.
Surekha says she cannot be their Naira, as Kartik has checked her background. Rhea says Kartik can never make any mistake to recognize his Naira.
Manish asks everyone to stop discussing Sirat. Kartik comes and says it very difficult to handle Kairav, and now even Gayu believes that Naira is alive. Kartik says he doesn’t want anyone else to believe that Sirat is Naira.
Kairav, Krish, Vansh and Gayu and sitting outside their house and waiting for Naira. Gayu says Kartik scolded Naira, and she ran away, but she cannot stay away from her son and will come to meet him.
Kartik comes and asks Vansh and Krish to go into their room. Gayu asks Kartik why he had to scold Naira. Kartik says the girl whom they met is not Naira. Kartik takes Kairav to his room.

Sirat starts crying. Nani goes to her and asks her what happened. Sirat explains everything that happened at the party. Nani feels bad that Sirat had to go through a lot on her birthday.
Nani says if Kairav comes in front of Sirat from now on, then she should change her path and not go to the boy.
Meanwhile, Kairav cries thinking about Naira. Kairav says he wants to meet Naira. Gayu comes there and says Naira will come to them soon.
Later, Dadi goes to meet Sirat. Kartik calls Dadi and asks where she is. Dadi says she has come to meet Sirat. Kartik says she is not their Naira, so there is no point in meeting her. Dadi says she will do whatever her heart says.
Nani is talking to a doctor. Sheela thinks something is wrong. Sheela takes Nani’s reports and leave.
Dadi comes there and collides with Sheela. Dadi says she has come to meet Sirat.
Meanwhile, Sirat thinks about Kartik’s words and angrily removes the juice from the sugarcane.
