In today’s episode, Akshara becomes resolved to tell Abhimanyu the truth. Arohi makes an attempt to halt Akshara. Both of them are chasing each other. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu receives a CCTV recording. Spy instructs Abhimanyu to review the video right now. Arohi warns Akshara that if she continues, everything would be ruined. Akshara becomes adamant about telling Abhimanyu the truth about Manjiri’s accident. She came to the conclusion that she had already lied to Abhimanyu about her accident. Arohi is asked to quit chasing Akshara. When Abhimnayu saw the CCTV tape, he was taken aback. Abhimanyu is informed that Rohan’s work is completed.
When Akshara and Arohi arrive at the Birla house, they discover that everyone has gone to work. As soon as Rohan’s task is over, he asks Abhimanyu to double-check. Abhimanyu makes an attempt to contact Akshara. Rohan is asked to leave. Abhimanyu dials Akshara’s number. Abhimanyu instructs Akshara to get to the hospital. Arohi and Akshara are concerned that Abhimanyu will discover the truth and expose them. Akshara is concerned that Abhimanyu may become enraged at her for concealing the truth. Arohi is asked to quit chasing her. Arohi decides not to overthink things and goes to the hospital with Akshara. The Goenkas and Birlas later congregate at the hospital. Harsh and Mahima are unsure whether Abhimanyu gathered them for an Akshara-related reason. They come face to face with Akshara. Akshara and Arohi are speechless.
Abhimanyu becomes enraged when he recalls Manjiri’s accident. Arohi and Akshara are concerned. Later, everyone is taken aback when they witness Akshara’s music department. Harsh inquires of Abhimanyu as to what he is up to. Abhimanyu explains how Akshara’s music comforts him after Manjiri. His heart is soothed by her voice, he says. Abhimanyu claims he didn’t believe in music therapy at first, but after seeing how effective it is, he can’t help but want to build a music department for Akshara. Abhimanyu believes that Akshara’s music can help other sufferers in the same way that it has helped him. Mahima and Harsh are taken aback.
When Akshara sees Abhimanyu’s attempt, she is overcome with emotion. Manjiri is asked by Abhimanyu to inaugurate the department. Mahima tells Harsh that they should learn to dance and play the table since patients will now be cured by music. Akshara cries as she holds Manjiri. She locks her attention on Arohi. Manjiri is asked to sing a song by Abhimanyu. Harsh is the focus of Manjiri’s attention. Harsh is irritated. Manjiri performs a song in honour of Abhimanyu. Akshara is remorseful.
