The episode begins with Akshu returning home to see Aarohi grinding mehendi. Vansh and Kairav also assist her. Vansh claims that Akshu is now our sister, and that the Nek is unwanted. Akshu thinks back to Abhi’s remarks. Suwarna receives a call from Manjiri. Manjiri informs us that the wedding reservations must be cancelled. Everyone is taken aback. Dadi inquires as to why and what occurred. Manjiri says Akshu wanted a destination wedding, so we found a location in Jaipur, and Abhi has given it some thought. Akshu had previously told Abhi that she wanted a fairy tale destination wedding. Abhi arrives to see Manjiri.

Kairav informs him that Akshu has arrived. Abhi is summoned by Manjiri. Abhi takes a step back. Abhi and Akshu are blessed by Dadi. Abhi receives a phone call. He informs me that I must go to the hospital for an emergency. Abhi departs. In the OT, he works hard. Akshu thinks back to Abhi’s remarks. Aarohi inquires, “Why are you sitting like a statue?” I’m going to make cold coffee, and if you want it, come downstairs. How should I tell you what Abhi said, Akshu muses. She notices her mehendi attire. Abhi remains in OT. The patient, according to the doctor, is anxious. It’s not good, according to Abhi. He hears Akshu singing outside the OT and sees her. I’ve phoned her, says the doctor, and you mentioned that music therapy can help in such a case.

Abhi remembers Akshu and his experience. When Akshu sees him, he sobs. Suwarna adds the mehendi mahurat is at 12 p.m., and Akshu is lucky she got Abhi because Rohan had called her for therapy and she hadn’t returned until now. Dadi claims that it is now past midnight. Manish assures her that Abhi is with her. Yes, Suwarna says. Manish claims that they will always be together. Aarohi beams. The operation is still ongoing, according to Akshu, who does not know when Abhi will return. Abhi requests that the doctor prepare OT for the next case. If you don’t want to talk to me, that’s great, but I’m not going to quit waiting for you.

Everyone prepares for the mehendi ceremony. Kairav wonders if anyone remembers Naksh’s favourite dance. They’re all dancing to the tune Naagin. They are stopped by Dadi and Suwarna. Manish says we need to dance first, then we’ll work. Akshu prepares himself. Abhi is still undergoing treatment at the hospital. When the staff notices him, they start talking about his mehendi function. Abhi did not take leave, according to the doctor, and he does not miss work or exercise. Abhi thinks back to Akshu’s words. Akshu is all set. Manjiri and the rest of the group are likewise prepared. Shefali is at home, but not with us, according to Parth. Manjiri says she’s at work, and your mother, father, and uncle are all at a meeting; we’ll go when Abhi arrives.

Neil claims to be preoccupied with back-to-back surgery. Manjiri says she’ll ask him when he’ll arrive; I hope Akshu and Abhi could communicate; I believe Akshu has prepared. Everyone is dancing, and Akshu notices it. Will you come, Abhi, she wonders. Manjiri appears. He gives her a hug. She inquires, “Are you okay?” She continues, “I thought you were in OT, so I came to get you, but everyone went for mehendi, so what happened?” Abhi sobs and adds, “It was your accident…” Akshu notices members of the Birla family approaching. The Birlas will arrive later, according to Neil. Abhi and Manjiri are requested by Dadi and Suwarna. Parth claims that Manjiri will apprehend him. Suwarna invites them inside. Abhi may have told Maa everything, and she will handle things, or he may not have informed her. Is this real, Manjiri inquires? Abhi says yes, I found out yesterday during sangeet, she had kept the truth hidden to save Aarohi, she knew I would not abandon Aarohi and have her punished, I was tense but she didn’t say anything, she was saving her selfish sister, who never sees Akshu’s happiness, Akshu had risked everything for her, she didn’t think about how we would feel, you couldn’t attend my ring ceremony, she didn’t think about how we would feel.

Is it me, or does Aarohi always make mistakes and begs Akshu to cover them up? No, Manjiri responds, you are not mistaken; you should be enraged. Aarohi invites Akshu to join them. She claims that you have worn several sandals, that you are not paying attention, and that she is concerned about what has happened to you. Manjiri argues that two individuals can have different perceptions; Akshu had no idea that I had been in an accident caused by her car, but that’s fine. He claims she kept me in the dark about her accident. She claims she expects you to be concerned about her safety. He claims she didn’t say anything about saving her sister. She says, “It’s okay, I’m living,” as if there’s no need to say, “I misunderstood you and fixed a false alliance,” because if I can make a mistake, so can Akshu.
