Abhimanyu tells Akshara to be careful in today’s episode. He puts the phone down. At the hospital, Abhimanyu sees Arohi. Harsh had urged Arohi to care about Rumani’s son’s case, which she does. She requests that Abhimanyu explain the case’s key to her. Arohi is accompanied by Abhimanyu. Harsh notices them and remarks that Abhimanyu and Arohi are both dedicated to their profession and may make a good team if their conflicts can be resolved. Kairav is concerned about Akshara. Manish urges Kairav to consider Abhimanyu, who is attempting to save a human life. Kairav believes Akshara is alone today, and he hopes the latter does not experience a similar position in the future. Manish advises Kairav to relax and not stress.
Akshara is a guitarist. Abhimanyu develops a romantic relationship with her. He wonders why his heart races around her. Abhimanyu and Akshara spend a lot of time together. Abhimanyu had a dream about it. He continues to observe the patient. Abhimanyu surprises Akshara by returning home late at night with a rose. He walks into his room and is taken aback by the decoration. Abhimanyu notices Akshara sleeping on the couch, his shirt in his hand. He dislikes seeing her. Abhimanyu places Akshara on the bed and sets aside the rose. When he sees Akshara wearing the bracelet he gave her, he is overjoyed. Abhimanyu apologises to Akshara, who is sleeping. He sits next to Akshara and apologises for keeping her waiting. Akshara lies on her bed, waiting for Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu lies on the floor, his gaze fixed on Akshara.
Akshara awakens to see Abhimanyu by her side. Akshara requests that Abhimanyu sleep because he is fatigued. Abhimanyu promised Akshara that he would cover her last night’s absence. Abhimanyu is put to sleep by Akshara. Akshara decides to begin her day at Birla House. Kairav misses Akshara and creates her favourite food. The Goenkas miss Akshara as well. Arohi hugs Kairav when he becomes emotional. Manjiri is found in the kitchen by Akshara. He wants her to show her what everyone enjoys for breakfast. Manjiri informs Akshara that they all eat cereal in the morning. Akshara is taken aback. She decides to prepare a meal for Neil. Akshara inquires about Manjiri’s favourite foods. Manjiri is overjoyed as she is asked for her preference for the first time. Akshara prepares sweets for all. Harsh will not eat any of her sweets. Akshara insists on tasting the cuisine at Birla’s. Anand and Mahima had decided to have a bite. Harsh instructs Akshara to adopt Birla’s demeanour.
