The Birla hospital staff greets Akshara and Abhimanyu warmly in today’s episode. Rohan gives Akshara a rose bouquet. Abhimanyu locks his attention on Rohan. Rohan switches to a white rose bouquet. Abhimanyu and Akshara are praised by the staff. They enjoy working with Akshara and Abhimanyu. Harsh’s decision to close the music department is remembered by Akshara. Arohi goes away, witnessing the workers showering Akshara with affection. She wipes her tear away. Akshara is taken to Abhimanyu’s cabin. Abhimanyu saves Akshara as she is ready to fall. Abhimanyu remembers their initial encounter in the hospital. Akshara is crying. Abhimanyu notices Akshara is agitated. He inquires about her concerns. Akshara keeps the truth hidden. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that Harsh interrupted Manjiri’s dream, but he will not let anything bad happen to her. Akshara is adamant about not working in a music department.
Meanwhile, Arohi receives a bouquet from Rudra. Rudra addresses Arohi. Arohi wonders why Rudra has called him. Abhimanyu questions Akshara about her strange speech. He requests that Akshara provide one reason why she does not want the department. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she wants to concentrate on her married life. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he is also married, thus he should stay at home. Akshara tries to explain everything to Abhimanyu. She continues, “I don’t want people to assume my career is created because of my marriage.” Abhimanyu is perplexed. According to Akshara, investing in her music section will not yield a profit.
Someone has said something to Akshara, according to Abhimanyu, because her comments do not reflect her demeanour. When he sees Harsh, he realises the truth.
Arohi considers Rudra. Akshara is agitated. Abhimanyu collects Biral’s belongings. He discusses the possibility of Akshara’s music department being closed down. Harsh is adamant about closing down the music department. Without discussing him, Abhimanyu inquires as to how they can make a decision. Mahima says the same thing he said when he didn’t discuss it before opening it. Shefali questions Abhimanyu on why he didn’t help Parth shape his career, given that he was also interested in music. The Birlas have a squabble. Abhimanyu declares that Harsh would not be able to control Akshara’s happiness or career. Because of Harsh, he continues, Akshara will not suffer the same fate as Manjiri. Harsh and Abhimanyu argue. Akshara refuses to work in the Birla hospital’s music department. Abhimanyu is speechless. Harsh claims that his feelings for Akshara and Manjiri aren’t mutual.
