In today’s episode, Abhimanyu and Kairav quarrel about who will look after Akshara. Kairav is asked to stop by Manish. Kairav challenges Manish about why no one is questioning Abhimanyu, who has made Akshara sick. He inquires of Abhimanyu as to what mistake Akshara committed by commemorating Harsh and Manjiri’s wedding anniversary. Abhimanyu urges Kairav not to remind him of the party because he is forgetting about it. Kairav claims that he is the cause of Akshara’s illness. Both are determined to look after Akshara. Manish accompanies Kairav. Suhasini tells Abhimanyu and Kairav that if Akshara had been awake, she would have been upset to witness them fighting.
Akshara has awoken. Akshara is not feeling well, according to Abhimanyu. Akshara reflects on her battle with Abhimanyu. She embraces him. Akshara notices that Abhimanyu has a fever as well. Abhimanyu informs Akshara that she is not feeling well. Akshara and Abhimanyu look after one another. Both of them give each other medicine. Neel apologises to Manjiri for messing with Harsh, but he is helpless. Manjiri tells Neel that she, too, never misbehaves with Harsh, but she snapped when he insulted Abhimanyu and Akshara.
Harsh listens in on Manjiri and Neel’s conversation. He claims he must stop before the spark becomes a fire. Kairav is furious with Abhimanyu for bothering Akshara. He declares that if Abhimanyu harms Akshara, he would not spare him. Manish convinces Kairav that Abhimanyu is waiting around the corner. He tells Kairav to stay out of Akshara’s life. Akshara and Abhimanyu reconcile their differences. They express regret to one another. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that she needs to eat because she is hungry. The Goenkas are overjoyed to see Abhimanyu and Akshara together. Kairav completely disregards Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu leads Akshara to the location of their confession. Akshara inquires about Abhimanyu’s visit to the location. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that the place is amazing because it relieves his tension. Akshara inquires about Abhimanyu’s stress level.
Abhimanyu requests a pledge from Akshara. He requests Akshara’s assurance that she will not attempt to bring change to Birla House. He advises Akshara to concentrate on their upcoming wedding. Abhimanyu urges Akshara to promise that she will stay away from the Birlas. He tells Akshara that he has seen superfluous things about the house since he was a toddler, and it hurts him. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that she will be unable to manage them and that he will protect her. Abhimanyu is hugged by Akshara. She tells Abhimanyu that he would one day address his family troubles. Akshara is called in for an interview. She requests Abhimanyu’s permission.
Abhimanyu claims that she never needs his approval for anything. Later, Mahima and Harsh learn about Akshara’s benevolent trust interview. They both chastise Akshara. To Mahima and Harsh, Akshara responds appropriately. Shefali taunts Parth and tells Akshara that she is pleased with her efforts to develop a career. Harsh believes it is past time for Neel to begin working as well. After that, Akshara is taken aback when Abhimanyu acts as her chauffeur.
