Abhimanyu introduces Akshara to Jagdish and Sahil in today’s episode. He reveals to Akshara that he is the director of an orphanage. Abhimanyu informs Akshara that Sahil is mute but enjoys music. He requests that Akshara assist the youngster. Akshara informs Jagdish and Sahil that the music department at Birla hospital has closed and invites them to her charitable hospital. Jagdish tells Abhimanyu that Akshara, like him, is a good person. He remembers Abhimanyu adopting a child when he was young. Abhimanyu is confronted by Akshara about the adoption. Abhimanyu tells Akshara the truth about Neil. Manjiri used to take him to the orphanage, and Neil would hold his hand as if he would never leave him, he says. Abhimanyu reminisces about his time with Neil. Akshara hugs Abhimanyu and compliments him on his good character. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that she would not have a brother-in-law like Neil if they hadn’t adopted him. Akshara is overjoyed. She reflects on her friendship with Sirat.
Arohi and Neil cross paths. He instructs Arohi to look around and stroll. Arohi claims that the same is true for her as well. Arohi looks over the DNA report again and decides to tell Akshara the truth about Birla. Akshara is informed about the procedure by Abhimanyu. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that they should set aside some time to talk about family. Abhimanyu believes that after witnessing Manjari and Harsh’s connection, he has lost faith in relationships. Abhimanyu ponders why he is agitated today. Arohi is content when she eats sweets. Neil inquires as to why Arohi is so happy. Arohi believes she is eager to tell Akshara the truth.
Manjiri inquires about the DNA report with Rohan. Sir, according to Rohan. Manjiri becomes agitated at the prospect of Harsh discovering the truth. Manjiri is called out by Akshara. Following that, Arohi tells Akshara that Neil is Harsh’s illegitimate son. Akshara is taken aback. She decides to inform Abhimanyu of the truth. Abhimanyu gets down to business with his operation. Manjiri is informed by Akshara that she has discovered the DNA truth that she has been concealing. Manjiri asks Akshara to keep the truth hidden. The function is started by Anand.
