In today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Akshara sees the hoarding of Janmashtami and sings ‘O Kanaya’ song. Abhimanyu drives down.. Maya celebrates Janmashtami at her place. Birlas get ready to celebrate the festival too. Parth asks Shefali if she is fine. Shefali says nothing is more important for her than being around Shivansh. She adds she can’t spoil Manjiri’s festival by carrying away Abhimanyu along to Jaipur. Manjiri gets happy. Maya gathers everyone for the puja. Akshara decked up as Radha. Maya says Janmashtami is a big festival of India but this time they are celebrating it in Mauritius. She adds she wants the blessing to win the event. Akshara says she wants the blessing too.
Then in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Birlas get ready to celebrate Janmastami. Manjiri misses Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu joins the celebration. Akshara asks God to bless her so that she can meet Abhimanyu at Jaipur. Akshara and Abhimanyu dream about celebrating the Janmashtami together. Back to reality; both get upset. Akshara along with Maya and Kunal reach Jaipur’s airport. She dreams about meeting Abhimanyu. Akshara and Abhimanyu confess their love for each other in their former dream. Maya tells Akshara that they have to wait for a few minutes as there is some issue with the car. Akshara imagines Abhimanyu everywhere.
Later in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, she consoles herself and says Abhimanyu is at Udaipur and she has to wait for some more time to meet him. Abhimanyu along with Shefali, Parth and Shivansh reach the Jaipur airport. Abhimanyu recalls his moment with Akshara. He gets teary but hides his pain.
Abhimanyu and Akshara feel each other’s presence at the airport. Both get restless. Abhimanyu recalls Akshara leaving with Kairav and gets angry. He leaves the airport. Akshara leaves the airport too. Neil tells Manjiri that Abhimanyu, Shefali and Parth reached Jaipur. He says everything will be fine now. Manjiri worries about Abhimanyu being at Jaipur.
Lastly in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Manjiri says Abhimanyu might be looking for Akshara out there. Manjiri says she has no clue why Lord Krishna has sent Abhimanyu to Jaipur. Neil consoles Manjiri. Abhimanyu feels Akshara’s presence around. Kairav misses Akshara. He thanks Akshara for giving him courage. Kairav gets restless hearing the siren. Suhasini wishes Goenkas to be together soon. Vansh turns hopeful too. He seeks Suhasini’s blessing and says he isn’t Kairav but he is trying to be sincere like him. Suhasini says to Vansh that he shouldn’t try to be like Kairav as he himself is special. Abhimanyu and Akshara land up at the same temple at Jaipur. Suhasini and Vansh worry for Manish. Manish hit someone.
