The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik and Naira going home. Naira thinks that she will first talk to Kairav and then tell Kartik about it.
At home, Kairav is praying to God. Naira goes to Kairav. Kairav gets scared.
Naira asks him what happened. She tells Kairav that Vansh is fine now. Then Naira asks Kairav why did he and Vansh leave the arti and go to the terrace, were they playing or did Vansh slip from the terrace.
Kairav gets scared and recalls that last time Naira asked him to tell the truth and she promised that she will not scold him. But then when Kairav said the truth, Naira scolded him.
Naira asks Kairav if he pushed Vansh from the terrace, as she saw Vansh and Kairav arguing before arti. Kartik comes there and asks Naira what is she doing. Naira says that she knows that Kairav is hiding something. Kartik asks Kairav did he do anything. Kairav says he did not do anything. Kartik says that Kairav has said that he did not do anything. And we have to trust him as Kairav is our son.
Naira argues with Kartik that she saw Kairav in the terrace when Vansh fell. Kartik stops her and says that Kairav can’t push Vansh as he loves him a lot.
Later, Naira says that she and Kartik will go to the hospital and send Gayu back with Kartik as Vatsal need Gayu.
They reach the hospital and learn that Vansh is not able to move his legs. Vansh gets scared and starts crying. He asks Gayu will he not be able to walk again.
Naira goes out. She tells Kartik that if anything happens to Vansh, then it will be all because of Kairav. She tells Kartik that she saw Kairav on the terrace when Vansh fell.
Gayu overhears their conversation and rushes home. She reaches home and runs to Kairav’s room.
Gayu asks Kairav if he fought with Vansh. Kairav says no. Gayu asks him then why did he push Vansh from the balcony. Gayu says that Vansh is not able to move his legs.
