The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kairav seeing Akshara and going towards her. Naira’s helper stops Kairav and asks where he is going. Naira and Kartik hide with Akshara. Kairav runs towards the baby and says that she is not Akshara.
A lady comes there and says that she is Siya. Kairav gets upset and thinks that he is missing Akshara, so he imagined Akshara in Siya. Kairav says that Siya is cute, but his sister is adorable.
Meanwhile, Luv and Kush learn the truth and say that the family shouldn’t have allowed Naira and Kartik to go.
Surekha comes to them and says that she made their favourite dish. Luv says that today is Kartik and Kairav’s birthday and Surekha should make their favourite dish. Kush asks why Gayu and
Surekha were sitting separately from the family. Luv says that Naira would never allow them to sit separately from the family. Lav and Kush get upset and leave.
Kairav gives the return gift to his friends and thanks them for coming. Kairav goes ahead and falls. Naira holds him.
Kairav sees her and says, Mumma. Kartik says that it’s him, not Naira. Kairav thinks that he is missing Naira. Kartik is happy that Kairav is missing Naira.
Kairav is sitting near the pool. Kartik gives him the gift and says that Naira and Akshara have sent him a gift. Kairav gets upset and hugs the gift. Kartik shows Kairav’s reaction to Naira on a video call.
Next morning, Kartik and Naira decorate Kairav’s room with his painting. Naira thinks that this is the best way to get Kairav back with his painting as he did not touch the colour for a month.
Ridhima removes all the paintings and says that she can’t allow them to take the step very fast. Ridhima, Kartik and Naira meet. Naira tells Ridhima that she is Kairav’s mother and she cares for him, so whatever she will do is for Kairav’s betterment.
Ridhima explains that Kairav is getting stronger and she doesn’t want to take any risk which will make Kairav remember the past.
Naira asks Ridhima to give a try as she knows Kairav better than anyone. Ridhima agrees. Ridhima goes to Kairav and tells him a story similar to what happened with Naira and Kairav.
