The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Naira telling Kartik that it’s her time to go. Naira asks Kartik to promise that he will take care of their children. Kartik says that Naira cannot go anywhere, Kartik and Naira will go together. Naira says that she fought a lot but now it’s her time to go. Naira comes out from her dream and calls out Kartik. Kartik cries and says that he can do anything to save her.
Meanwhile, Manish continuously keeps calling for help.
Naira then asks Kartik to get off the bus and go to Kairav and Akshara. Naira says that their kids are crying and Kartik should go and handle them.
Kartik tells Naira that they will live together and die together. Naira asks Kartik to get off the bus of she will break the glass and fall on her own. Kartik then gets off the bus.
Meanwhile, the bus glass starts cracking. Naira thanks God for giving her a beautiful family.
Suddenly, Naira hears Kartik’s voice. Kartik comes near her with the help of a rope. Manish, Naksh, Akhilesh, Luv and Kush hold the rope.
Kartik says that he has come to rescue his love. Kartik then pulls Naira out of the bus and hugs her. Manish, Naksh and Akhilesh pull them.
Kartik and Naira come up holding the rope. Kairav then thanks God for getting his mom and dad safely back to him.
Naira feels that the ground is shaking. The area collapses under which Naira was standing. Kartik tries to hold her but fails.
Naira falls off the cliff. Everyone gets shocked and shout Naira.
Naira recollects all her good memories and smiles.
