This episode starts with Kartik filling up some form and asking Kairav if he really wanted to go. Kairav assures that he wants to stay and they both cry. Kartik wants Kairav to go home with him but Kairav stays and Kartik leaves crying. Kartik waits outside the hostel and Kairav looks out of the window crying. Kartik calls him but Kairav goes inside.
He insists the watchman let him in, but the watchman refuses to let him go. Kartik calls him out loudly but Kairav does not respond and cries in his bed. Kartik wakes up in the morning in the parking lot and Kairav comes to see him. Kartik asks him to come home but he narrates a story that Naira told him.
Kartik insists Kairav go home with him, but he refuses again saying that he will not miss Naira here and will call Kartik whenever he misses him. Kartik wasn’t convinced still and asked Kairav to come back home again.
Kairav reassures him that their relationship would never change and that this is the best option for them to experience new things in life. Kairav tells him that they would meet more often and always stay in touch through calls. Kartik finally leaves. Kairav cries as Kartik leaves and misses Kartik deeply.
Kartik gets restless at home and doesn’t even eat. Manish and Suvarna reassure him that Kairav is a sensible child and will take care of himself. At night Kairav gets scared and yells, mumma, and goes out.
