The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik seeing Sirat’s bracelet and thinking about her. Kartik tells his inner self that it was easy to convince Kairav that his mother is no more and the one whom he saw is just a look-alike, but how he will convince himself. Kartik thinks that how he identified Naira’s face after falling from such height. He thinks Naira must have lost her memory.
Kartik decides to meet Sirat and find everything about her.
On the other hand, Sirat apologises to Nani in her mind as she is heading off to Udaipur without informing her. Sirat does all her work and keeps things properly for Nani. Sirat says she feels that her life will change in Udaipur. Sirat says bye to Nani in her mind and leave.
Kartik reaches to the ghoomar ground and tries to find Sirat. He waits for a while and thinks that he can not find Sirat. He decides to return home.
On the way back home, Kartik sees Sirat going to a doctor and asking for medicine for her Nani.
Earlier, when Sirat was leaving with his friend, she hears a voice from her house. She goes inside her house to check and sees Nani fallen unconscious on the floor. Sirat gets the medicine from the doctor and takes Nani to the hospital with her friend.
Kartik goes to Sirat’s house. Sirat comes from behind and hits him on his head.
Later, Kartik gains consciousness. Sirat starts scolding him while Kartik keeps looking at Sirat.
