The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat warning Kartik. Nani and Sirat’s friend return home. Nani stops Sirat and tells her that it was Kartik who dropped her home earlier in the car.
Nani says Kartik is a very kind man and Sirat punched him. Nani asks Sirat to help Kartik to stand. Sirat helps Kartik to stand, but Kartik faints as Sirat hits him hard on his head earlier.
On the other hand, Manish is worried about Kartik. Vansh goes to Manish and says he wants Manish to play with them.
Surekha tells Suwarna that they should talk to Kartik about Rhea. Suwarna says she thinks its too early for Kartik and he is not ready.
Surekha says she knows why is everyone refusing about Kartik and Rhea’s marriage, it is because Rhea is her niece.
Meanwhile, Kartik gains consciousness. Sirat gets turmeric milk for Kartik and asks him to drink. Nani takes the glass and makes Kartik drink it.
Sirat then asks Kartik why he keeps looking at her all the time. Kartik thinks about Naira and says he wants to go to the washroom. Sirat shows Kartik the washroom. Sirat says water won’t come now from the tap as it has a particular timing. Sirat asks Kartik to take the water from the bucket aside.
Kartik applies soap on his face and drops the jug. Sirat then helps Kartik to wash his face.
Kartin washes his face and says he needs to leave. Sirat stops Kartik and asks him why he came to their house.
Kartik shows Sirat Kairav’s photo and says Kairav is his son.
Sirat says this boy keeps calling her Mumma all the time. Sirat asks Kartik where is his Mumma.
