The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Gayu saying she is Naira. Kartik says she cannot be Naira, she is Naira’s look alike.
Kairav says the girl Gayu saw, her name is Sirat. Kartik says she looks like Naira but is not their Naira. She has a family.
Kartik asks Gayu to stop talking about that girl and don’t let Kairav know about it. Kairav hears their conversation and thinks Naira had come to their house.
Kairav goes out to meet Naira. Sirat and Rohan go on the bike and Kairav runs behind them. Kairav throws a toy on Sirat.
Sirat stops and sees that a truck is about to hit. She runs towards Kairav and saves him. Kairav hugs Sirat thinking that she is Naira.
Meanwhile, Kartik learns that Kairav is not at home. Kartik goes out to search Kairav. Kartik sees Kairav hugging Sirat.
Kartik goes to Kairav and says that the girl is not his mother. Kairav says she is his mother.
Kartik asks Rohan to take Kairav away for a while. Rohan takes Kairav away.
Kartik asks Sirat why she had come. Sirat says she felt bad when she saw Naira’s picture and have come to explain to Kairav that she is not his mother.
Kartik asks Sirat to stay away from Kairav and never show her face to Kairav or any of his family members, as her face reminds everyone about Naira.
Later, Rohan says there is an open boxing match in Udaipur and Sirat should participate. Sirat says she will surely participate in the match.
Meanwhile, Kartik asks everyone to forget about Sirat, and he wants everyone to remember Naira.
