The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Dadi telling Kartik that she wants to meet Sirat. Kartik says he doesn’t want anyone to talk about Sirat.
Dadi says she wants to meet Sirat and wants to know why Kairav and Gayu think she is Naira. Kartik says Kairav and Gayu are missing Naira so they must have seen Naira in Sirat.
Dadi says how did Kartik misunderstand Sirat as Naira and went to meet her.
Meanwhile, Sirat fights with her opponent thinking about her past. Sirat removes her anger on the opponent and wins the match. The coach says the winner will get a certificate and a Rs 2000 reward. Rohan gets happy and says they can celebrate Sirat’s birthday and victory.
They come out and see a beautiful decoration with angels. The manager misunderstands Sirat as Naira and greets her.
Kartik comes to the party location. Vansh says they will go inside. Kartik says they will go together inside when their family arrives. Kairav says when Naira will come, he will meet her and take her new phone number.

Later, everyone come to the party location. Kairav keeps asking about Naira. Rhea changes the topic and takes everyone inside. Rhea says today is the special day for Kartik and Naira so she has arranged something special.
The hotel staff gets Naira’s few posters and keep it in the party hall. Kartik and his family get emotional seeing the pictures.
Kairav asks Gayu if she gave Naira’s gown to the hotel staff. Gayu says she has given the gown and they will give it to Naira when she comes.
The hotel staff give the gown to Sirat and asks her to get ready. Sirat gets ready and thinks that the gown fits her perfectly as it is made for her.
On the other hand, Kartik sees the anniversary cake and writes Kaira on it remembering Naira.
