The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Mukesh asking Sirat to choose between her house and her Nani. Sirat recollects her time with Nani and signs on the property papers. Sirat says her Nani is everything to her, she doesn’t want the property, just wants some money for Nani’s operation.
Mukesh holds Sirat’s hand and throws her out of the house. Mukesh says he will not give Sirat the money, and now he owns the property also. Sirat cries and asks for money from Mukesh. Sirat asks Sheela to explain to Mukesh and give her money as her Nani is dying and needs money for her operation.
Sheela asks Mukesh to give her the money. Mukesh says Sheela has to make a choice, her mother or Mukesh. Sheela stays quiet.
Sirat then goes to play a boxing match, in which the owner says Sirat will get paid more if Surat loses. Sirat says she needs 5 lakh. The owner says that the opponent will have to hit Sirat a lot, then she will get more money. Sirat asks the owner to not let her knock out as she has to go to the hospital with money.
Sirat plays the match. The opponent hits Sirat a lot. After the match, the owner is about to pay money, but the police come there, and everyone runs away.
Sirat follows the owner as he has to give her the money. While running, Sirat comes in front of Kartik’s car and faints. Kartik takes Sirat to the hospital.
Sirat gains consciousness and goes to see Nani. Sirat is weak and is not able to walk.
Kartik holds her. Sirat sees Kartik and says she doesn’t need Kartik’s help. Sirat insults Kartik.
Sirat then goes to Nani. Nani says she is alright, and the operation is done. Nani says Kartik paid the operation fees and also shifted her to a good room.
Kartik thinks Kairav is not well, and anyhow he has to get Sirat to Kairav. Sirat comes and apologizes to Kartik. Sirat says she will pay all Kartik’s money in installment. Kartik says he doesn’t need the money.
Sirat asks what Kartik wants her to do. Kartik thinks it is a chance to asks a favor from Sirat.
