The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat competing with Kartik. A frog jumps on Sirat’s feet and Sirat gets disturbed. Kartik cuts her kite sting and wins the competition.
Sirat moves backward and falls in the water tub. Nani asks if Sirat is okay. Sirat looks at Kartik and says if he wants to laugh, then he can and doesn’t need to hide. Kartik says sorry and laughs. Everyone smile looking at Kartik. Kairav says he saw Kartik laughing after months.
Sirat also laughs and calls him a frog. Kartik recollects Naira calling him a frog and gets upset. Sirat stands and asks if she said something wrong. Kartik gets upset and leaves. Kairav says Sirat always calls Kartik a frog, so she did not do anything wrong.
The situation gets awkward, and Sirat leaves.
Sirat goes to Kartik and asks him if he feels hurt when he sees her or feels like hitting her. Kartik says destiny is playing a game with her by giving her the same look.
Sirat says she will complete her work and leave soon. Sirat leaves
Gayu comes to Sirat and calls her Naira. Sirat says her name is Sirat. Gayu says Sirat is the name of her secret mission and that trick will work on Kairav and not on her. Gayu apologizes to Sirat for her rude behavior and asks if she forgave her.
Gayu says she realized her mistake after Naira left them and did not get a chance to apologize.
Sirat hears some voice and asks Gayu what it is. Gayu says she will show Sirat how Kartik lived his life when Naira was away from him. Sirat sees the video of Naira and Kartik’s memories.
Gayu tells Sirat that Kartik kept all of Naira’s stuff in a box. Sirat feels bad for Kartik and leaves.
Later, Rhea tells Sirat that her uncle died in an accident, and her aunty did not believe it, so they all took her to the accident spot and made her aunt believe that their uncle is no more. Rhea says now Sirat will try to do the same and will get out of Kartik’s life.
