The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat walking towards the Goenka house. Manish stops her and says she is not allowed to enter their house.
Everyone gather. Kartik asks Manish why she cannot come. Manish says yesterday she was unconscious, so he did not say anything, but now he doesn’t want Sirat to enter their house.
Sirat asks Kartik not to argue and apologizes to Manish. Sirat turns to leave, but Kartik stops her. Manish asks why is Kartik trying to get her into their house.
Kartik says Sirat saved Kairav’s life twice and it’s like she has done a big favour on them. Manish says even Kartik saved Nani’s life, bought their house, saved her respect and career. Kartik says what Sirat did is more than any other things, than what he did for Sirat.
Kartik and Manish keep arguing. Manish asks Kartik to focus on Rhea as they are going to spend their life together. Kartik asks where did Rhea come from.
Manish says Kartik agreed to marry Rhea and that’s the reason he asks Kartik to spend time with Rhea. Kartik says he doesn’t know anything about it. Manish says Kartik and Akhilesh had a conversation. Akhilesh says they were talking about something different and Manish misunderstood him.
Kartik says how can Manish decide for him without asking him.
Manish says it’s final, Kartik will marry Rhea and as a father, he can make decisions for his son. Kartik says he never saw Rhea as a friend and Manish wants him to marry Rhea. Kartik says he won’t marry Rhea.
Manish asks what if people ask who is Sirat to him, what is their relation. Manish asks will he marry Sirat. Kartik says he will marry Sirat. Kartik says Kairav sees Naira in Sirat, so for Kairav, he can marry Sirat.
Sirat feels bad and she leaves. Sirat goes out and removes her anger by breaking bottles from the garbage. Nani stops her.
Meanwhile, Kartik goes to his room and regrets what he said. Kartik feels like he cheated on Naira.
