Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update S66 Ep229 03rd April 2021: Kartik and Sirat to get hitched

The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat saying what is her Nani saying. Nani says she wants Sirat to be happy and Sirat’s happiness is if they get married to Kartik.
Dadi says Nani is right. Dadi asks Sirat to agree to her marriage. Dadi says it’s Sirat’s Nani’s wish and also Kairav wants the same. Nani asks Sirat if she is ready to marry Kartik. Sirat thinks and says yes. Kartik recalls Sirat denying to marry him.
The doctor comes to check Nani. Dadi says she explained the doctor his dialogue and hopes he says it properly. The doctor checks Nani and says Nani is not well and in tension. The doctor says Nani can only get better when they keep her happy.
Sirat tells Nani that she will do whatever she says. Nani says she wants to see Sirat happy. Sirat smiles and says she is happy.
Kartik goes out. Sirat goes to Kartik and says, Nani is fine. Kartik tells Sirat that she doesn’t have to make any decision forcefully. Sirat says she has a mother, but she never gave her love to Sirat. Sirat says Nani saw her pain and doesn’t want Kairav to go with the same pain, so she asked her to get married.
Sirat says she will get married to Kartik, but will never be able to love him. Kartik says she can never replace Naira with anyone, he is getting married just for Kairav.
Kartik and Sirat agree to marry just for Kairav. Kartik says Nani doesn’t have to stay anywhere, she will stay with them and Kartik will take care of her. Kartik asks Sirat to focus on her boxing.
Meanwhile, Dadi and Nani worry about Kartik and Sirat’s decision. Kartik and Sirat come and take their blessings together. Nani asks them what did they decide. Kartik says they took their blessings as a pair. Dadi and Nani get happy and cry.
Kairav comes and says he doesn’t want Sirat to go anywhere. Nani says they are not going anywhere. Kairav locks the door and says he saw Sirat packing her bag, and will not let her go.
Sirat tells Kairav that she is getting married to Kartik. Kairav gets happy and hugs her. Kairav says he will inform everyone.
Meanwhile, Rhea shows the necklace designs to Manish. Manish says the design is perfect and the first piece which will be made, will be for Rhea. Kairav comes there and says Kartik and Sirat are getting married. Manish drops the necklace in shock.
Kairav dances on the table. He stumbles and is about to fall, but Kartik holds him.
Manish sees Dadi and says he did not expect this from her. Dadi says she did what is right.
Manish looks at Kartik and says Kartik took this decision on purpose, to hurt him. Manish says he thought about Kartik and Kairav and chose Rhea as his life partner. Kartik says he doesn’t need any life partner, but Kairav needs Sirat.
