Kairav begins today’s episode by questioning Abhimanyu about why he was sending texts to Aarohi. Abhimanyu explains that he wanted Akshara’s phone number, but Neil accidentally provided Aarohi’s. Abhimanyu is mocked by Kairav, who claims he is a huge surgeon who can’t use his brain. He’s acting as if instead of operating the heart, he’ll operate the mind, as the nurse has requested. Neil expresses regret for his error. Neil is asked by Vansh not to be dramatic. He goes on to say that Abhimanyu would have urged Aarohi to disregard his messages and calls if he hadn’t already done so. Aarohi and Abhimanyu recall a chat in which the latter requested that the former disregard his communications. Back to reality, Aarohi remains silent. After Manjiri, Goenkas and Biralas dispute with each other about who is to blame for all the turmoil.
Abhimanyu asks everyone to put an end to the squabble. He approaches Akshara and tells her that she is the only one who can clear up the misunderstanding. Abhimanyu claims that he has never flirted with Aarohi and that they have always met in front of Akshara. He requests that Akshara speak up and clarify the situation. Akshara thinks back on her commitment to Aarohi. She maintains her silence. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that they are both aware of their feelings for each other. He requests that Akshara admit her feelings for him. Kairav asks Abhimanyu to refrain from pressuring Akshara. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that her silence is fueling everyone’s suspicions. Akshara is deafeningly silent. Harsh asserts that Abhimanyu is correct, and thereby defends himself. He claims Akshara is silent because she is a co-conspirator. Birla’s are asked to leave the premises by Kairav. Abhimanyu challenges Akshara to tell the truth or look into her eyes for the first time. Akshara is deafeningly silent.
Abhimanyu claims that his love has shown him wrong in front of everyone, but he is not wrong, and he leaves the scene, claiming that he only loves Akshara. The Birlas have left. Akshara and Aarohi are consoled by Kairav and Vansh. Mahima accuses Manjiri of not comprehending Abhimanyu. Later, Abhimanyu reminisces about his time with Akshara and becomes enraged. There are tears from Akshara and Aarohi as well. Abhimanyu is consoled by Parth and Neil. Abhimanyu passes out. Aarohi leaves the venue after recalling Abhimanyu’s love confession for Akshara. Akshara takes a step back. Kairav is concerned about Akshara and Aarohi. Abhimanyu is perplexed as to why Akshara has remained silent about her feelings for him. He can’t stop saying Akshara’s name.
