In today’s episode we can see that Abhimanyu tells Harsh that because he has never loved Manjiri, he will be perplexed by his feelings for Akshara. She inquires as to whether Akshara will abandon Abhimanyu for the sake of Goenka. Aarohi inquires of Akshara about her plans to leave Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu tells Harsh that he became a doctor to save lives and that he can do so from wherever. Anand informs Abhimanyu that he will not be leaving. Abhimanyu becomes obstinate.
There, Akshara tries to persuade Manish that she remained mute for a reason. Akshara claims she was enamoured by Abhimanyu a long time ago but kept quiet due to the uncertainty. Harsh accuses Abhimanyu of being a menace. Abhimanyu, Mahima claims, is unable to leave the hospital. After Abhimanyu’s entry, Manish tells Akshara and Aarohi that. They’re dancing in the house to his music. He goes on to say that Abhimanyu has no manners and does not respect elders, yet Akshara and Aarohi are vying for his attention. Abhimanyu, according to Akshara, is not like that. Abhimanyu leaves the residence of Birlas. Abhimanyu refuses to leave the house.
Manish warns Aarohi and Akshara not to engage in any drama till he has a solution. Harsh believes the Goenkas are attempting to split Abhimanyu from him. He develops a strong attachment to Abhimanyu.
Manjiri instructs Abhimanyu to give Akshara some time. Abhimanyu is asked to assure her that he will not bother Akshara. Neel declares his love for Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu claims to love him equally. Manish interrupts Akshara as she is going to call Abhimanyu.
