Today’s Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai 1 May episode begins with two more ladies coming at the boutique. They ask Sameer (Randeep Rai) if a tailor is also available. It will be better if all the things happen at once place. Sameer nods. The tailor is on leave tomorrow. The ladies nod. Kanji asks Sameer why he is always hot headed when both Sameer and Naina (Ashi Singh) drink so many cold drinks daily. Sameer asks him if he wants at answer. Kanji makes a straight face. Sameer asks Naina to eat food but she tells him she is sleepy. Sameer tells Naina he won’t eat till the time she will not eat.
She switches off lights and lies down telling him to stay put. Sameer does not shift from his place even for a second. Naina wakes up in the middle of the night and finds his side of bed empty. She switches on the lights immediately. He says following what your wife says isn’t madness. She keeps the plate down and hugs him. He tells her he is very hungry. She makes him sit down next to her and feeds him food with her own hands. He feeds her too and ends up bringing a smile on her face.
They head downstairs as they need more food. Naina gets another idea. He thinks that she wants them to sleep under the stars again but she points out that it is time to make rules to end fights. Sameer holds Naina and dances sweetly with her. They sit down to talk holding each other close. Sameer falls asleep while Naina is talking to him. She sweetly caresses his hair.
The lady tells Anand and Bela that Nirmala never believes on what she hears. She may be from Bombay but she is pretty orthodox. She adheres to society and rules very much. Her kids are just like her. They never say no to her. She can find out everything about someone by looking at anyone’s face. Preeti wonders if she is getting a DIL or a dictator. The lady says Nirmala’s husband passed away 5 years ago. Her hopes will be pinned on Shubham and his wife. Bela assures her that Preeti has good upbringing. The lady points at Bela only. Nirmala and her husband get up to go refusing to hear anything further from Anand. Sameer writes a about the tailor on Samaina’s board. Naina and Sameer hug. He smiles looking at the paintbrush.
Rakesh introduces himself to the guests. He gives Anand some letters and stuff that old guests have given for him. He asks the guests to sit down for a few minutes. They comply. Anand asks Bela to bring coffee. Rakesh draws a digit (6 / 9) in a notepad. He asks the lady what she can see. She says it is 6. He says from his angle it is 9. Different people have different perspectives about one common thing. His brother is unaware of how things work in society but he is the best in when it comes to relations. He is the youngest one but he has been better than he himself and Bhaisahab.
Sameer, Pundit and Kanji are cracking jokes when a lady comes to the boutique. Sameer sells her a dress. She asks him if it can be altered by tomorrow. Sameer tries to postpone it but she decides to buy it later. Sameer offers to take her measurements himself. She is hesitant initially but then agrees. Sameer hesitantly takes the measurements of the lady and notes it down in a notepad. He is maintaining good distance while doing so. The lady leaves with a smile.
