Today’s Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai 14 August episode begins with Sameer (Randeep Rai) calling the doctor as his daughter got hurt. Naina (Ashi Singh) ended the call. He was concerned about Suman but Naina said she wanted her daughter to be strong. She should play in dirt and do whatever she wanted. Sameer refused. It was dangerous for the kids. She reasoned that dirt was everywhere. He looked around frantically but Naina tookd Suman out for a stroll. Naina told Bela about what Sameer and Rakesh were doing. They would spoil Suman. Bela advised her to let Suman play on the floor. She would not spare her if she will always hold her in her arms. Naina said Sameer and Rakesh did more drama than Suman.
Bela thought that she wasn’t with her. Naina said dhe had been more than a mother to her. She always showed her the right path. Maybe this was how they raised kids. It was her first baby after all. Bela asked her if she knew how to manage things when she became the head girl in school for the first time. She learnt everything while raising all 3 of them. She will be a great mother. They ended the call. Sameer had overheard their conversation. Sameer gave coconut water to Preeti and Naina. Preeti said they didn’t get to meet each other because of the kids. Naina said they were in the same society so they can meet sometime but they cannot meet the rest of their friends. Sameer said Chachi ji met the kids but Chacha ji hadn’t even seen any of them.
Preeti shared that Anand had been travelling the entire year. He had finally come back and wasn’t willing to come at this moment. They decided to go to Ahmedabad if all their loved ones cannot come here. Naina spoke of their home but then went quiet. It wasn’t their home anymore. They can stay at Chacha ji’s place. Sameer said he will speak to the owner. They will stay at their home for a while. Preeti said the kids will now go to their grandparents’ house. Sameer and Naina were in Ahmedabad. Sameer had blindfolded Naina and was holding Suman in his arms. He removed her blindfold and she was surprised to see their house. Sameer pointed at the name plate – Naina and Sameer Maheshwari. They had bought this house. Now they can celebrate every festival here. Past memories flashed in their minds. Naina got emotional. They held hands as they entered inside their home. Sameer stopped Naina from entering and brought a garland. He lifted her in his arms so she could put it at the door. All the memories flashed before their eyes.
Naina told Suman stories about their first home. Sameer shared that the furniture and stuff might have changed but she will make it back to how it was. There was still something special which he had brought with him. He showed her the two awards that they had won together. He kept the photo of his Nanu and Anand and Bela next to the awards. Naina smiled. The past memories came tumbling as Naina and Sameer took a walk around the house. Naina was standing near the pool while Sameer was up in the balcony. They made the same expressions at each other they had made before. They ran towards each other and then chased each other romantically around the house. Doorbell rang. Naina was surprised to see Anand, Bela and Rakesh. She hugged them. Bela wished Preeti was also here. Naina nodded. Anand held Suman. She was just like his Naina. Bela said she thought she was Sameer’s copy. They said she will become Nanu’s favourite in the end. Anand told Naina and Sameer that he was proud that they got what they had aimed for. Naina and Sameer gave him credit for always showing faith in them. Anand said he said that Naina will soar high one day and it had turned true. They both were ruling the sky. He was really proud of both of them. Naina replied that none of this would have happened without him.
Rakesh said he was only after him in Mumbai and now he forgot him as soon as he saw Chacha ji. He took Suman. Naina saif it wasn’t like this. They had everyone in their home. She pointed at the desk. They all got emotional. Rakesh said it was better that Naina was raised by them both or he didn’t know what would have happened. Anand said he had also done a lot for Naina. He even wrote that poem for Naina. Rakesh smiled. It was Sameer who made him do it. Anand and Bela said Naina’s mother would have been equally proud if she was here today. Bela thought that their entire family was so happy today yet something was missing. Anand said their photo should have been here as well. Sameer told him it wasn’t needed. Anand told Rakesh that irrespective of their differences, they were still their elders. They had always tried to patch up. Tau ji said he did try. Everyone looked towards the door.
