Saeed Jaffery was born on the 8th of January in the year 1929. He was born in Punjab in the time of British India. He was a very famous stage personality of the country. He has also contributed marvelously to other fields like radio, television and film. The great legend expired on the 15th of November in the year 2015, but is still remembered by his works and gifts to different fields.
He was well known for his versatility in professions and fluency in various languages. He was active in his career for a span of over six decades. The legendary artist has won the hearts of millions through his gifted talent that he has showcased in over a hundred and fifty British, American and Indian films. The star had a bold, deep and resonant voice, which helped him make the choice to be a narrator to several great works like the interpretation of the Kama Sutra which was titled as The Art Of Love in the year 1996. The artist also delivered a great performance in The Man Who Would Be King in the year 1975. This brought him a lot of recognition throughout the world. The actor also was part of Satyajit Ray’s movie called Shatranj Ke Khilari which was very iconic.
