Alyque Padamsee was born in the year 1928 on the 5th of March. He was an incredible Indian theatre personality and an ad film maker, until he passed away on the 17th of November in the year 2018. The great personality was brought up in Bombay and completed his education at St. Xavier’s college. He is widely known in the theatre and film world, along with his wives and kids, who have all made great contributions to the film and theatre world. He is a well recognized name in the world of theatre in the English language. He is also widely known for playing the role of Muhammed Ali Jinnah in the film Gandhi commendably.

The wonder was also an advertising professional, who was the head of the advertising company, Lintas Bombay. He was widely known for his theatrical productions that consisted of great plays like Evita, Tuglaq and the latest, Broken Images, which were sensations not only across the country but also across the globe. He has had such great achievements, like being awarded the Lifetime Achievement award by Sangeet Natak Akademi and also the Tagore Ratna. The play Broken Images was also invited to the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. We also have to thank him for inspiring his family to also contribute to various acting fields like theatre, film and television.
